Unlike Any Other: A Tasty Day with noosa®

Recipe planning is always fun. At least for me. Getting out my notepad, jotting down ingredients that are calling to me and finding a way to bring them together in a way that sings… it just makes me giddy! I love playing flavors off of one another – anything sweet and salty is always up my alley – if it’s unexpected, it’s a plus. Raising people’s eyebrows a bit and getting them excited about food. That’s what drives this blog and inspires me daily.

It’s not often, however, that I get the opportunity to have that inspiration just knock at my door.

Knock, Knock!

Who’s there?

Something sweet, tart and delicious!

This week I’m teaming up with noosa® yoghurt and SocialMoms to bring you a few tasty ideas unlike any other for a full day’s worth of delightful, unique pairings. Because really, what’s better than something velvety and smooth to get your day going?

Luckily, I’ve been a noosa® yoghurt fan for ages (the tart cherry is my jam!) and playing around with the other 14 fresh flavors was a blast. The rich, creamy yoghurt went with just about everything. From savory delights, to delicate sweets, it is exactly the kind of ingredient I gravitate towards to make folks go mmmmm!

With breakfast on the brain, I got my day going with some fresh-baked kouign amann pastries and a noosa® yoghurt party!

The flaky pastry was the perfect partner for flavors like vanilla, coconut, strawberry rhubarb and pumpkin. Yes, pumpkin! This delightful pumpkin treat is arriving just in time to be the perfect addition to your arsenal of Fall favorites. Saddle it up next to a pumpkin spice latte and you’re ready to slay the day, babes!

Don’t you just want to dig in?

The thick and rich yoghurt hit the spot for a healthy, tasty start to my day – minus a few croissants – but who’s counting?

The day continued, as did my craving for more noosa®. It was evident a snack attack was a brewing. I got back in the kitchen and put together a little something special for an afternoon delight.

Cream cheese and avocado toast with everything bagel seasoning and mini noosa® yoghurt pals. Don’t they just look darling together? The bright fruit flavor of the cranberry apple and blueberry yoghurt was just the thing to offset the salty, crunchy toast.

Salty. Sweet. Creamy. Savory. Tangy. Tart. It’s all here!

I think I’m in love. Like, head over heels. If there was one meal I could eat everyday, this would most certainly be it.

Not to worry, I haven’t forgotten about you, my sweet toothed friends! Every meal – or, at minimum, every day – should always end with something sweet. I might have had the most fun pairing noosa® yoghurt with dessert.

How about that? Raspberry noosa® yoghurt with a raspberry tart. Redundant, maybe, delicious, most definitely!

You typically may not think of pairing dessert with yoghurt, but that’s what makes noosa® unlike any other. It truly goes with everything. Adding something creamy and tart versus something overly sweet makes this dessert POP with unexpected creamy flavor.

Just looking at it makes me hungry! Occupational hazard, I guess.

What a fun time was had playing with the many flavors of noosa® yoghurt. Just like me, it’s a little sweet, a little tart and a whole lot unexpected! If you’re not sure where you can find noosa® near you, click here.
