This winter there has been no trend I’ve overused more than faux fur. My closet is filled to the brim with fur scarves, fur vests, fur coats. I’m completely addicted.
A little fur adds an element of glam to any nighttime outfit, but, I especially love how a fun fur piece pulls together a casual daytime ensemble like nobodies business. Slouchy boyfriend jeans, killer flats and a fur jacket is so much more edgy and “cool girl chic” than layering on that ‘ol puffer coat.
Lucky for us, retailers have completely stepped up the quality of faux fur we’re seeing in stores and online now, and the faux fur finds out there are B A N G I N’. Spending money on expensive fur pieces is retired. Stocking up on scarves and vests of every color? Now we’re talkin’.
