Winter Wear + My Favorite Distressed Denim

You know when you find that one perfect item and you just wear it over and over and over again? That has been me in these Hudson Jeans this winter.

If you’re following me on Instagram, I’m sure you’re already well aware and have said to yourself, “there goes Brett in those ripped jeans again.” I’m sorry, I’m predictable, but I just can’t help it! They’re so soft, and the perfect inky black, with just the right amount of stretch, I instinctively grab them for almost every outfit. Finding the perfect jean is hard. So when you do, hold on tight and never let go.

Yes, I’m obsessed with them, and you should be, too.

I’m loving this slightly dressed up denim look which would be perfect for a casual Christmas party or Holiday night out. The fur scarf really takes it up a notch, and what is better this season than a long camel coat? Nothing! I’ve been planning to invest in a really nice wool one (I’m coming for you, Max Mara!), but found this steal at Forever 21 and luckily for now, it looks the part. You could dress these Hudson jeans up with a heel, too, but I opted for a cut out ankle boot with some fun stitching detail.
